How to start
Arrange a Consultation:
Fill in the information sheet and i'll get in touch to gather some more information about your goal.
In Person or Video Consultation:
During our consultation, we’ll discuss your goals, current fitness level, and any specific needs or preferences you may have.
Personalised Plan Creation:
Based on our consultation, I’ll get to work on creating a bespoke training and nutrition plan tailored specifically to your goals.
Training Plan Starts:
Your personalised training plan will officially start on the date we set. I’ll send you an invite to my app so you can access your training and nutrition plan and video demonstrations of each exercise, via the app.
Personal Training Sessions:
We'll do these at days and times that suit you best.
Workout & Diet Tracking:
As you follow your plans, you’ll log your workouts and diet directly into the app. This allows us to keep track of your progress and make sure you’re staying on course.
Weekly Check-In:
For Personal Training clients i'll do your progress measurements at the start of your sessions. For online clients every Sunday, you’ll enter your measurements and progress photos into the app. This step is essential for tracking your transformation.
Bi-Weekly Review Call:
For online clients every second Monday, we’ll have a video call to review your progress, discuss any challenges, and make adjustments to your plan as needed.
Ongoing Support:
Throughout the programme, you’ll have continuous support through the app and our scheduled sessions and video calls, ensuring you stay motivated and make steady progress.
