Online Coaching (For Experienced Gym-Goers)
This is everything you would get as part of 1-2-1 coaching, but without the in-person training. It is designed for people who already have experience training in the gym and want a structured plan, clear nutrition targets, and weekly accountability.
As part of online coaching you will receive:
- Consultation and onboarding call
- Monthly gym training plan
- Nutrition plan and targets
- Weekly accountability video call to check progress and plan the week ahead
£120 per month
