Pre-exhaust training is a training protocol designed to fully stimulate larger body parts that might be held back by smaller body parts during compound exercises. With the William Wylie Personal Training App, you can train anywhere and get smartphone access to your app giving you access to your workout plans, the ability to track workout stats, watch how-to exercise videos, and in-app messenger to communicate with me anytime, anywhere.

This Pre-Exhaust Training Plan For Men is split into four workouts;

Workout 1 Chest & Back,

Workout 2 Quads, Hamstrings, Calves,

Workout 3 Biceps and Triceps, and

Workout 4 Shoulders and Abs.

The plan is split into two phases;

Weeks 1-4 with sets of 15 and Weeks 5 and 6 with sets of 10. On week 4 you should be maxing out on lifts so we`ll reduce the reps in order to keep increasing the weight. If you want to train three days per week, skip Workout 4 shoulders and abs.

What happens when you buy a plan? You will immediately be sent an email to download the app and set up your account where you can find and get started on your training plan. You’ll receive a welcome e-mail. Once you set your password you will be asked to fill out your starting body stats and preferences.
