6 week Straight Sets Training for Men is the perfect plan for men looking to increase their strength and progress over time. This plan requires you to perform a number of sets using the same number of reps and using the same weight. For example, you perform three sets of 12 reps using 40kg for a particular exercise, then if you can complete all your sets and reps with good form you automatically increase the weight you lift by 2.5kg next time you do the that workout.

The plan is split into 3 or 4 days per week, depending on your preference. Workouts include chest and triceps, quads, hamstrings, calves, back and biceps, and a bonus workout of shoulders and abs. You will be asked to fill out your starting body stats and preferences when you purchase the plan.
